Thriller Workshops and Performances
Dress Like a Zombie and Perform Iconic Dance Moves
Our 2025 Thriller classes will begin on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Classes are from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, and run for 8 weeks. No pre-registration is necessary, just arrive at the Adira Dance and Costume parking lot behind the store in time for class. Wear comfortable shoes, and consider bringing a water bottle. All ages are welcome.
Bay Area performances are October 24 through 30 at various venues.

Spirited Dance Performances Inspired by Belly Dance
Join us for unique Halloween-themed performances in belly dance, creative dance moves, skits, and lip-syncs! No cover charge. Date and time: Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. Location: Adira Dance and Costume, 2038 Lincoln Avenue, San Jose, CA Venue: Next door to Adira Dance and Costume. Performance Guidelines: We are open to all styles, and since it is a Halloween-themed show, anything goes. The performers are belly dancers, but don't they have to belly dance. We've had skits, parodies, lip syncs, and of course campy belly dancing. Costumes run the gambit, and we encourage creativity. We also get dancers that just perform to Halloween music. There is no set time limit on your performance – most soloists keep under 7 minutes and troupes under 11. We will need to know the length of your performance by Monday, October 6 to set the line-up.
