Join us for unique Halloween-inspired performances in belly dance, creative dance, skits, and lip-syncs! No cover charge. Date and time: Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Location: Adira Dance and Costume, 2038 Lincoln Avenue, San Jose, CA Livestream: https://www.facebook.com/AdiraDance/ Venue: Next door to Adira Dance and Costume. Performance Guidelines: We are open to all styles, and since it is a Halloween-themed show, anything goes. The performers are belly dancers, but don't they have to belly dance. We've had skits, parodies, lip syncs, and of course campy belly dancing. Costumes run the gambit, and we encourage creativity. We also get dancers that just perform to Halloween music. There is no set time limit on your performance – most soloists keep under 7 minutes and troupes under 11. We will need to know the length of your performance by Monday, October 7 to set the line-up.
